This is the portfolio website of David Beermann, an Interactive Designer and Flash Developer from Hamburg, Germany. I'm working freelance since 2006 for various clients and agencies. See my vita for details. If you just want to have a quick overview about the projects I was involved so far please refer to the timeline.

My devotion and passion is where design meets interaction. In my opinion in an online world design and programming shouldn't be seperated because they stimulate each other. My favorite tool is Flash and its programming language ActionScript. Besides this I'll use any tool to make things happen. May it be Photoshop, Illustrator and AfterEffects or HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and PHP. Or simply all of them. Or just any other tool that might come in handy. So if you have a project at hand where you need an eagle-eye Designer or a design-influenced Flash Developer I'ld be happy to hear from you.

ps: As it takes more time than I expected to prepare all projects for presentation this website will hopefully improve and grow over the next few month. There will be an archive of older projects and most probably a showreel.

pps: This domain used to contain my blog, which now can be found here. In the near future there will be a new website based on Wordpress which then will reintroduce the blog.
